1. What is AsterSpring Skin Health Club?

AsterSpring Skin Health Club is the new loyalty programme designed exclusively for AsterSpring members. There are 3 membership tiers in the programme: Glowing, Gorgeous and Glamorous, with more rewards and privileges based on the membership tier.

2. What are the benefits of being part of AsterSpring Skin Health Club?

You can earn Points based on every spending in AsterSpring. The more you spend in AsterSpring, the more Points you will earn. Additional perks you can enjoy based on your membership tier. Stay tuned for more exciting benefits!

3. How do I join AsterSpring Skin Health Club?

Spend a minimum of RM500 in a single receipt at any authorized AsterSpring centres, AsterSpring Signature centres,AsterSpring Webstore andDermalogica kiosks to be eligible as member.

4. What are the qualification criteria for AsterSpring Skin Health Club membership tiers?

The table below indicates the spending amount to be eligible for each of the membership tier.

5. How do I know my membership status?

You will be informed of your current membership status by AsterSpring centre staff or you may log in to My Account page in AsterSpring Webstore. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

6. Do I need a membership card?

For your convenience, there is no need to keep a physical membership card.

7. How can I upgrade my membership status?

Your membership status will be automatically upgraded, once your accumulated spending reaches the requisite amount to unlock greater privileges. You will enjoy your new membership status for 12 months from the most recent qualifying date. Below are some examples of how you may upgrade your membership status.

8. Can I maintain my membership status?

Your status will be maintained as long as you meet the minimum spending criteria. For example, to maintain a Glamorous membership status, you must spend a minimum of RM8,001 within 12 months from the date you qualified as a Glamorous member. Whereas, if you spend between RM5,001 to RM8, 000, you will become a Gorgeous member; if you spend between RM500 to RM5,000, you will become a Glowing member.

9. When will my status be reviewed?

Your membership will be valid for 1 year from the date of membership sign up, upgrade or renewal. For example, if your membership starts on 4 December 2019, your next membership status will be reviewed on 3 December 2020.

10. How do I check my Points Balance?

You will be informed of your points balance by AsterSpring centre staff and email newsletter. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

11. How do I earn the membership points?

Every RM1 spent on facial treatments or products are equivalent to five (5) points in any authorized AsterSpring centres, AsterSpring Signature centres, AsterSpring Webstore and Dermalogica kiosks.

12. Can I accumulate points in other AsterSpring centres outside of Malaysia?

You may accumulate your membership points via spending made in AsterSpring authorized centres, AsterSpring Signature centres, AsterSpring Webstore and Dermalogica kiosks in Malaysia only.

13. After I have made a purchase, how soon will I see my points?

Points will be reflected in your account within 24 hours after a purchase is made at AsterSpring centres, AsterSpring Signature centres, AsterSpring Webstore and Dermalogica kiosks.

14. Will my Points expire?

Points will expire every 31st March. As such, members are encouraged to redeem any points accumulated before 31st March.

15. What will happen if I do not utilize my Points within its validity period?

Points will expire and will be forfeited thereafter. Any forfeited Points will not be reinstated.

16. Will I be notified if my points are expiring soon due to inactivity?

Yes, you will be notified by AsterSpring centre staff and email newsletter to redeem points balance before expiry date.

17. When can I start redeeming my rewards?

You may redeem your points as soon as you accumulate a minimum of 500 points. Expired points cannot be carried forward nor be exchangeable for cash.

18. What can I redeem?

You may redeem points for any products or services at retail prices only, from any points balance of 500 points or more.

19. Where can I redeem it?

You may redeem points at your registered preferred centre. Points redemption is not available in AsterSpring Webstore at this moment.

20. How can I redeem my points?

Once you have accumulated a minimum of 500 points, you may decide to redeem products or services, and shall the points not be sufficient, additional balance payment may be required.

21. Will my membership status change when I redeem my points?

Points redemption does not impact membership status progress or qualification. As long as you continue to meet the membership spending criteria within 12 months from the date of qualification, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the same membership status.

22. Can I combine points with my friends?

Membership points may be used within your membership only i.e. cannot be combined.

23. Can I transfer my points to my friend/family member’s account?

Membership points may be used within your membership only i.e. cannot be transferred or exchanged.

24. In the event that I can’t come in-store to redeem the membership points, can I get assistance to help redeem my balance points?

Yes, you can contact an AsterSpring centre to redeem your points, and if any balance payment is required, an online transfer may be made to AsterSpring’s bank account and the payment slip shared with centre staff. You are advised to collect the redeemed product from the respective centre as soon as possible.

25. Will I still be able to collect points whenever I spend after 31st March?

Yes, you can continue to collect membership points from any spending with AsterSpring.

26. Can I transfer my privileges or benefits to my friend/family member’s account?

No privileges or benefits are allowed neither for transferable nor exchangeable for cash / friend / family members’ account.

27 How can I entitle for the Welcome Treats?

Welcome Treats are rewarded once to first time join of Glowing, Gorgeous and Glamorous members. Meanwhile, upgrades from Glowing level to Gorgeous / Glamorous level within the membership period are also entitled to enjoy welcome Treats. The following are examples of the Welcome Treats entitlement:

No, you only can enjoy the welcome treats at home branch that you have signed up as a member.

29. How do I enjoy the Welcome Treats in AsterSpring Webstore?

Welcome treats can only be redeemed at your registered preferred centre at this moment. You may visit the centre for redemption after receiving an email confirmation from AsterSpring.

30. Will I still be able to receive welcome treats if I’ve been downgraded or disqualified as member?

No, rejoined members are not entitled for welcome treats.

31. Where can I enjoy 5% Ala carte Product Discount & 10% Ala carte Service Discount?

You can enjoy both Product and Service discounts at any AsterSpring, AsterSpring Signature, AsterSpring Webstore and Dermalogica Kiosk throughout Malaysia within your membership validity period.

32. When can I redeem my birthday privileges?

You may redeem your birthday privileges from the home branch within your birthday month. For example, Annie’s birthday is on 23rd Aug, the redemption period is from 1st Aug –31st Aug.

33. How many times of birthday benefits am I able to redeem during my birthday month?

Members’ birthday benefits can only be redeemed once annually during the birthday month in the current membership period.

34. How do I enjoy the Birthday privileges in AsterSpring Webstore?

Birthday privileges can only be redeemed at your registered preferred centre at this moment. You may visit the centre for redemption during your birthday month.

35. How many times of 3x points am I able to earn during my birthday month spending?

You will be rewarded with 3x points throughout purchases made during your birthday month.

36. Can I enjoy the higher-level birthday privileges instantly if I upgrade my current membership level on the spot before I redeem my birthday benefits of my current membership status?

Yes, you may enjoy the higher-level birthday privileges instantly after you upgraded your membership level successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions (Cancellation & Refund)

37. Can I cancel my points that have been redeemed?

Points that have been previously redeemed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

38. In the event of any refunds, can I get back any points that may have been redeemed?

Any refunds will be net of any points that have been redeemed. For example, if the transaction amount was RM2, 000 and 5, 000 points were redeemed for this transaction, you will get back RM1,980 only.
