Returns & Refunds for Products


AsterSpring are happy to offer returns or exchanges for any defective products purchased.

Please note that AsterSpring’s policy requires management approval, and exchanges may be made for equal or lower value products only. The refund and exchange might be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used.

How to refund / exchange products

  1. Please call the AsterSpring center where you made your purchase, or AsterSpring Customer Service.
  2. Provide the reason for exchange.
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package.
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
  5. If the reason for exchange is valid, we will email to you the airway bill to send back the product to us at our cost.

It will take 14-21 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank / credit card account or for the product exchange from the day your refund or exchange request was initiated.

Refunds for Services


AsterSpring customers can now purchase ala carte services and packages from the convenience of their own home, for redemption in AsterSpring professional skin care centers.

Refunds may be allowed for AsterSpring programs cancelled for valid reasons e.g. medical, pregnancy, personal, migration etc, with relevant documents to support the cancellation.

How to refund for services

  1. Contact the AsterSpring center where you have made your purchase and provide the valid reason and supporting documents for refund, or AsterSpring Customer Service.
  2. All refunds will be net of free gifts, discounts or special entitlements by the relevant program.
  3. There will be administration fees of 5% on any program cancellations.
  4. We will then send to you the cancellation form to sign and inform you of the final refund amount.
