AsterSpring Glowing with #GreatSkinHealth (1Mar – 30Jun 2020)

  1. AsterSpring International Sdn Bhd (Company No. 320728-T) is referred to as “AsterSpring”.

THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD

  1. The “AsterSpring Glowing with #GreatSkinHealth” (“Campaign”) shall run from 1st March 2020 to 30th June 2020, comprising of the following Campaign Months:-

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Spend a minimum of RM 500 in any of AsterSpring centre, fill in your particulars and answer the questions correctly in the participation form to stand a chance to win the Prizes. The more you spend, the higher chances you win prizes.

PROMOTION & PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

  1. An Eligible Customer who meets the participation criteria and Eligible Spend requirements during the Campaign Period stands to receive a maximum number of Prizes as per Table 2 below subject to the Terms and Conditions herein:-

  1. The Grand Prize and Monthly Prize(s) shall be collectively referred to as “Prizes” and the total units of Prizes for this Campaign are as follows:

  1. The Eligible Customer must spend on Eligible Spend at AsterSpring during the Campaign Period in the following manner to be awarded entry(ies) for the Grand and Monthly Prize:-

The following are examples of the number of entries that can be earned:

Scenario A:

Eligible Customer spends RM 688 within the campaign month (1 – 31 March 2020) under Category 1, he/she earns a total of 1 entry to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize or Monthly Prizes.

*Note: Only entitled for entries on March campaign month for Monthly Prizes.

Scenario B:

Eligible Customer spends RM 1,100 within the campaign month (1-30 April 2020) under Category 2, he/she earns a total of 10 entries to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize or Monthly Prizes.

*Note: Only entitled for entries on April campaign month for Monthly Prizes.

Scenario C:

Eligible Customer spends RM 2,200 within the campaign month (1-31 May 2020) under Category 3(i), he/she earns a total of 50 entries to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize or Monthly Prizes.

*Note: Only entitled for entries on May campaign month for Monthly Prizes.

Scenario D:

Eligible Customer spends RM 4,000 within the campaign month (1-30 June 2020) under Category 3(ii), he/she earns a total of 150 entries to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize or Monthly Prizes.

*Note: Only entitled for entries on June campaign month for Monthly Prizes.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. AsterSpring Glowing with #GreatSkinHealth Campaign is open to all new and existing AsterSpring Customers during the campaign period.
  1. The following person are NOT eligible to participate in the Campaign:

(a) Employees of Esthetics International Group Sdn Bhd under AsterSpring International Sdn Bhd Business Unit.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of the Esthetics International Group Sdn Bhd (non- AsterSpring International Sdn Bhd Business Unit) are eligible to participate in the Campaign and stand to win.

REGISTRATION CRITERIA

  1. To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer must register during the Campaign Period via form submission.

PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Grand Prize

  1. A total of 1 unit of Grand Prize of a Your Dream Holiday Package is to be given out throughout the Campaign Period based on the Grand Prize Selection Process in Clause 11 below.
  1. The Grand Prize Selection Process is as follows:

(a) All entries earned throughout the Campaign Period in AsterSpring are placed in a randomizer system.
(b) To determine the Grand Prize Winner, AsterSpring will perform a three (3) times randomization of the entries received.
(c) The entry ranked 1st from the randomization results will be shortlisted as Grand Prize Winner.
(d) A call will be performed to confirm the Grand Prize Winner.
(e) Shortlisted Customer shall be disqualified and forfeited from the Campaign in the case of shortlisted Eligible Customer is not contactable after three (3) attempts on the same day or not showed up after a week after call for whatsoever reason(s) and/or the shortlisted Customer wish to withdraw from the Campaign upon being contacted by the AsterSpring’s representative.
(f) In the event AsterSpring has not selected 1 Grand Prize Winner due to Clause 11(e), the next entry from the randomization results in Clause 11(b) (i.e. ranked 2nd and above) will be shortlisted as the Grand Prize Winner, and the same process in Clause 11(d) shall repeat up to three (3) rounds, and thereafter the remaining Grand Prize if any will be forfeited.

  1. Terms and Conditions of the Grand Prize:

(a) The Grand Prize will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of claim (which is the date of issuance).
(b) The Grand Prize winner may require to attend a prize presentation ceremony and/or other publicity programs on this Campaign at their own costs and expenses. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to attend such ceremony and/or other publicity programs, the Grand Prize winner shall promptly notify AsterSpring to nominate a proxy with valid reason.

Monthly Prizes – Dyson Airwrap Styler Complete Full Set

  1. A total of 3 units Monthly Prizes of Dyson Airwrap Styler Complete Full Set will be given out each Campaign Month.
  1. Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of 1 Monthly Prize throughout the Promotion Period.
  1. The Monthly Prizes Selection Process is as follows:

(a) All entries earned for each Campaign Month will be grouped together in AsterSpring’s randomizer system.
(b) To determine the Monthly Prizes Winners, AsterSpring will perform a six (6) times randomization of the entries received for each Campaign Month.
(c) The first 3 from the randomization results for each Campaign Month will be shortlisted as Monthly Prizes Winners.
(d) A call will be performed to confirm the Monthly Prizes Winners.
(e) Shortlisted Customer shall be disqualified and forfeited from the Campaign in the case of shortlisted Eligible Customer is not contactable after three (3) attempts on the same day or not showed up after a week after call for whatsoever reason(s) and/or the shortlisted Customer wish to withdraw from the Campaign upon being contacted by the AsterSpring’s representative.
(f) In the event AsterSpring has not selected anyone of Monthly Prizes Winners due to Clause 15(e), the next entry from the randomization results in Clause 15(b) (i.e. ranked 4th and above) will be shortlisted as the Monthly Prizes Winners, and the same process in Clause 15(d) shall repeat up to three (3) rounds, and thereafter the remaining Monthly Prize if any will be forfeited.

Monthly Prizes- AsterSpring RM500 Service Voucher

  1. A total of 33 units Monthly Prizes of AsterSpring RM500 Service Voucher will be given out each Campaign Month.
  1. Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of 1 Monthly Prize throughout the Promotion Period.
  1. The Monthly Prizes Selection Process is as follows:

(a) To determine the Monthly Prizes Winners, AsterSpring will perform a thirty-six (36) times randomization of the entries received for each Campaign Month.
(b) The first (33) from the randomization results for each Campaign Month will be shortlisted as Monthly Prizes Winners.
(c) A call will be performed to confirm the Monthly Prizes Winners.
(d) Shortlisted Customer shall be disqualified and forfeited from the Campaign in the case of shortlisted Eligible Customer is not contactable after three (3) attempts on the same day or not showed up after a week after call for whatsoever reason(s) and/or the shortlisted Customer wish to withdraw from the Campaign upon being contacted by the AsterSpring’s representative.
(e) In the event AsterSpring has not selected anyone of Monthly Prizes Winners due to Clause 18(d), the next entry from the randomization results in Clause 18(b) (i.e. ranked 34th and above) will be shortlisted as the Monthly Prizes Winners, and the same process in Clause 18(c) shall repeat up to three (3) rounds, and thereafter the remaining Monthly Prize if any will be forfeited.

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to all Prizes:-

(a) The Prizes are provided on an “As Is” basis.
(b) The Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or in kind.
(c) AsterSpring reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide all Prizes in any colour that is available.
(d) The Grand Prize and Monthly Prizes Winners will be announced via social media. Meanwhile, the winners will be contacted by AsterSpring respective staff to collect the Prizes from the AsterSpring branch of where the winner made the transaction. In the event of the winner who cannot personally claim the Prize, he/she may authorize a representative to redeem the Prizes on behalf by presenting the winner’s official receipt and Winner’s proof of authorization.
(e) AsterSpring will not entertain any request to deliver the Prizes neither to a local nor overseas address.
(f) AsterSpring reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with any other item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
(g) AsterSpring will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of delivery or usage of the Prizes received under this Campaign.
(h) Any loss or damage to the Prizes will be the responsibility of the Winners upon delivery of the Prizes.
(i) To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsterSpring expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Prizes.
(j) The Prizes do not include any accessories or items that are shown in the leaflet or website or any marketing materials, as they are for illustration purposes only.
(k) Holiday Package and Dyson are not participants in or sponsors of this Promotion. Dyson and their logos and products are trademarks of Dyson, registered in the U.K. and other countries.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. At the time of fulfillment of the Prizes during the Campaign Period, all the transaction(s) MUST NOT be delinquent, and/or canceled within AsterSpring’s definition, otherwise, they will be disqualified from participating or receiving the Grand Prize and/or Monthly Prizes from this Campaign.
  1. AsterSpring will not entertain any request from any Eligible Customer or any other person to fulfill the Grand Prize and/or Monthly Prizes to any third party other than the Eligible Customer.
  1. AsterSpring shall not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the usage of the Grand Prize and/or Monthly Prizes received in this Campaign.
  1. AsterSpring reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize and/or Monthly Prizes with any item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  1. AsterSpring reserves the right to publish or display the name, last 4 digits of Identification Card, picture and city of residence of the Eligible Customer who has been selected to receive the Prizes for this Campaign for advertising and publicity purposes. By participating in this Campaign, the selected Eligible Customer hereby consent to and agree that AsterSpring shall be at liberty to publish their names, last 4 digits of Identification Card, pictures and city of residence without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.
  1. AsterSpring reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Promotion.
  1. AsterSpring may use any of the following modes to communicate notices in relation to this Campaign to the Eligible Customer:

(a) individual notice to the Eligible Customer (whether by WhatsApp or via phone call) as maintained in the AsterSpring’s records;
(b) press and digital advertisements;
(c) display at its business premises; or
(d) AsterSpring Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)
(e) notice on AsterSpring’s internet website(s);

  1. AsterSpring shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of AsterSpring.
  1. AsterSpring reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AsterSpring of this Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Customer to any claim or compensation against AsterSpring for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  1. AsterSpring shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a direct result of AsterSpring’s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not AsterSpring has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  1. The Eligible Customer shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
  1. AsterSpring’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
